Exporting is possible, but importing isn't available yet. You can export your guest list as a PDF containing all the details. This feature is available from the “Diamond” pricing package (currently €84.90). You'll find the export under the responses section, which is easiest to reach via the dashboard at https://app.mi-boda.com/dashboard
We don't offer an official app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Instead, you can use our PWA (Progressive Web App) directly at mi-boda.com and install it on your mobile device. It works just like an app and even lets you receive automatic push notifications.
We want you to be completely happy with our service. If you do run into a problem, you can contact us at any time. Refunds are possible, but they are reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis. Don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions or concerns.
We work with Stripe, the world's leading payment provider, to make sure your payments are always processed securely and reliably. All common payment methods are supported, so you can easily use whichever one suits you best. With Stripe, you can count on the highest security standards.
Upgrading to a larger package is possible at any time. You only pay the difference to the new package rather than the full price. Downgrading generally isn't possible, as it's complex both functionally and technically. However, if you can't find another solution and are considering a downgrade, feel free to contact us at support@mi-boda.com and we'll try to find an individual solution for you.
When you delete your account, all of your data – including the cards and guest lists you've created – is permanently deleted. This process is final and cannot be undone. So please make sure you've saved all important information before deleting your account for good.
Yes, you can still edit your invitations after sending them. It's important, however, to actively let your guests know that they need to open the invitation again to see the changes. This is especially crucial for key details like the venue or the time. Please note that there is no automatic notification by email or SMS – so you'll need to inform your guests about any changes yourself.
No, your data isn't deleted automatically – it stays saved. About a year after the wedding, you'll receive a request asking whether your account should be deleted. You can either confirm or cancel this request. If you confirm the deletion, your account will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Otherwise it stays active and your data remains available.
Yes, you can create several events within your account and design and send separate invitations for each one. This way you can plan different occasions such as a pre-wedding party, the ceremony or the reception separately and send individual invitations to your guests. Everything stays clear and easy to manage.
Your cards are stored permanently on the platform, so you can edit or send them at any time. As long as your account is active, there's no time limit on accessing the cards you've created. That means you can make changes whenever you like or send invitations at a later point.
No, at Mi Boda there's no fixed limit on the number of guests you can invite. You're free to add as many guests as you like, without restrictions. Whether it's a small, intimate celebration or a large wedding, you can shape your guest list entirely as you wish.
Yes, Mi Boda is primarily optimised for use on mobile devices. That said, you can just as easily use and manage the platform on your tablet, laptop or computer. Whichever device you prefer, the interface adapts to give you a comfortable, simple experience for creating and managing your wedding invitations anytime, anywhere.
Yes, you need to register before using Mi Boda. An account is necessary to make sure your created cards are saved, that you can manage your guest list and that your guests' responses are recorded. By registering, you can access your cards and guest data at any time, make changes and keep track of all responses. This ensures your planning process stays organised and runs smoothly at all times. Without an account these features wouldn't be available, since all data is stored centrally and provided personalised for you.
Our server is located in Germany, and we place great importance on data protection in line with GDPR guidelines. We only collect the information that's absolutely necessary. From your guests we only know their first name, and to send the invitations we need neither email addresses nor phone numbers. Your payment information is managed securely and exclusively by our partner Stripe, the world's leading payment provider.

Honestly, that goes against our philosophy, as we founded Mi Boda for environmental and sustainability reasons to avoid unnecessary paper use. Still, you could in theory print the invitation via your smartphone or computer and send it by post. It probably won't look perfect, and the digital response function wouldn't be usable either – but it would be possible.
Sending them to your guests is super easy. Depending on the option you choose – personalised with a guest list or as a general invitation – you send either a personalised link or a general link. You can send it any way you like, whether via WhatsApp, Telegram, email or any other app you can use through your smartphone's share function.
Yes, you can edit your already created cards at any time. Corrections are still possible even after sending. Please note, though, that some guests may not notice the changes if they don't open the invitation again afterwards.
Yes, you can create as many cards and different card types as you like. Perhaps you'd like to invite some guests only to the ceremony, send a save-the-date card or design invitations in several languages. The number of cards you can create is unlimited.
You can adapt the entire content of your invitation to your wishes, including the language for your guests. However, design elements such as fonts, colours and other stylistic details cannot be changed. It's important to us to preserve the style of our designs and therefore not to allow too much design freedom.
No! If you choose the personalised invitation format, we don't need more than a first name. At the end of the invitation process you'll receive a link that you can send directly to your guests. Mi Boda never accesses your contacts at any point.
At Mi Boda you can currently design three different card types for your wedding:
Save-the-Date cards: These are perfect for letting your guests know the wedding date early on, so they can keep the day free.
Wedding invitation cards: The classic invitation card contains all the important information about your wedding, such as the date, location and time. Here you can let your creativity run free and choose the style that suits your celebration.
Thank-you cards: After the wedding, you can thank your guests for their presence and gifts with personalised thank-you cards.
